IVU CONTROL PRPS CLOVER APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY

PR Payment Systems, LLC (“PRPS”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Please read the following policy to understand how your personal information will be treated as you make full use of our services.
How and when do you consent to this Privacy Policy?
By submitting personal information to us (through the activation and use of our IVU Control PRPS application) you agree that PRPS may collect, use, and disclose such personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and as permitted or required by law. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not provide any personal information to us. If you refuse or withdraw your consent, or if you choose not to provide us with any required personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the services of this mobile application and/or services that can be offered only if we have access to certain personal information.
What personally identifiable information does PRPS collect from you?
Following your installation of the PRPS mobile client you will be required to call PRPS to authenticate your account. To do this you will verify ownership by providing your name, Merchant Account ID, and Tax ID number. Once this information is verified you will be provided with a one-time username and unique key that will allow you to unlock the IVU Control PRPS application and make full use of our services.

How does PRPS use your information and with whom is your information shared?
PRPS only collects the information described in this Policy to authenticate your account and unlock your application. Other than outlined herein, your information is not used or shared in any other manner.
Cookies and Do Not Track
The IVU Control PRPS application and service do not use cookies. Further, the application does not track users nor does it collect personal information about a user’s online activities over time or across third-party websites. The application does not allow third parties to collect personal information about the user and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
IVU Control Gateway and Hacienda Reporting
Information about your account is reported on real time. No information is disclosed outside of a specific requirement by law, including, but not limited to, the respective government agencies such as the “Departamento de Hacienda de Puerto Rico.”
Transactions that are generated and then printed on any IVU Control Receipt will be reported where required by law or applicable tax regulations.
What security precautions are in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information?
PRPS shall take the appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect the personal information collected in order to comply fully with any and all applicable laws, obligations, and regulations.
What is PRPS’ policy on allowing you to update, correct, or delete your personally identifiable information?
If you wish to update, correct, or delete any of the information about you stored by PRPS, contact us at admin@prpaysys.com or mail us at PR Payment Systems LLC, 136 Somerset Street, North Plainfield, NJ 07060. To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
How long is your personal information stored?
Personal information obtained from you in the process of authenticating your account is not stored. Any other information may be retained as long as allowed under applicable laws and regulations.
Effective date of this policy and future modification
This privacy policy is effective as of April 18, 2017. PRPS reserves the right to make changes, deletions, modifications, or provide supplements to this policy from time to time. Changes will apply to the information collected after the date of changes as well as to existing information held by us and will take effect immediately upon publication, unless otherwise stated in writing by PRPS. You agree that the express acceptance by you, or your continued use of the IVU Control PRPS application after publication of changes, shall constitute your acceptance of the privacy policy.
